This is a 2-day training course covering the installation and configuration of Credit Hound. You will have the opportunity to take part in practical exercises in creating your own “Rules” and editing Letters and Reports. We will also give you an in-depth understanding of how to use Credit Hound to help you train your end users.
This course is aimed at consultants working with any compatible ERP/Accounting System who are new to Credit Hound or would like to refresh their knowledge of Credit Hound. Technical knowledge of Spindle Professional/Spindle Document Distribution would be beneficial prior to attending the Credit Hound course.

Do I need to meet any requirements before attending the course?
Yes it is very important that you have prepared your laptop before attending the course. Failure to meet these requirements will result in significant disruption to the training day for yourself and other attendees.
General Requirements:
1) You must bring a laptop or PC with sufficient user rights to allow you to install software i.e. Administrator rights. We recommend using a Virtual Machine installed locally on your laptop. If using a Virtual Machine please ensure it has the ability to connect to the Internet and is NOT A DOMAIN CONTROLLER.
2) Please ensure you are able to log on to your laptop/PC as a local user (not a domain user/cached domain profile) and have rights to Add New Local Users (outside of your local network) and allow users to 'Log on as a Service' (Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Local Security Policy). Please also ensure you have SQL Server permissions to create a SQL Database.
3) Your laptop or virtual machine must have the following programmes installed and configured:
- PDF Viewing application e.g. Adobe Reader
And must NOT be a Domain Controller.

4) You will be provided with a USB flash drive containing the relevant Software Installation files and lots more, please ensure you have the ability to copy files from a USB drive onto your laptop or virtual machine.

Is it possible to travel by train? Yes, it is recommended. Leicester Train Station is approximately 6 minutes walk from the Draycir office.
What are my parking options? Please be aware that there is no parking available at the Draycir office. Pay & Display car parking is available at SiP Carpark, Nelson Street, Leicester, LE1 7BF. This is approximately 5 minutes walk from the Draycir office and costs £5 per day. Or Leicester East Street NCP, East Street, Leicester, LE1 6NB is approximately 6 minutes walk from the Draycir office and costs approximately £25 per day.
How do I find the Draycir office? For sat nav / route planning, use the postcode LE1 7AY to locate the Draycir office at Regent House, 80 Regent Road in Leicester city centre. Enter through the main entrance and you will find us on the lower ground floor. Please be aware we share the building with Grant Thornton.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Please advise us if a different person is to attend instead of the registered person.
What's the refund policy? If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance otherwise you will incur a cancellation charge of £95.
